1:1 support
You don't have to carry it all on your own
Cancer changes things.
Not only physically, but emotionally too.
The diagnosis. The treatment. The uncertainty. The fear.
The questions that don't have simple answers.
The pressure to stay positive when that's the last thing you feel.
And then there's the part nobody really talks about.
THE AFTER
When treatment ends but the emotional impact remains. When everyone around you expects life to return to normal, but you're still trying to make sense of what has happened.
This is a space for those conversations.
A space where you don't have to be brave, positive, grateful, or have all the answers.

A place to talk about what's really going on
Every person's experience of cancer is different.
You may be struggling with fear about the future.
You may be finding it difficult to reconnect with the person you were before your diagnosis.
You may feel isolated, misunderstood, angry, exhausted, or simply unsure how to move forward.
Perhaps you've spent so long looking after everyone else that you've forgotten to make space for yourself.
Whatever you're carrying, you are welcome to bring it here.
There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you need to talk about.
There is no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare.
This is your time, your space, and your conversation.
What to expect...
Sessions take place online and are completely confidential.
Some people come with a specific challenge they would like support with.
Others simply need somewhere safe to talk openly about their experience.
My role is not to tell you how you should feel, nor to offer quick fixes or easy answers.
Instead, I provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement.
Together, we create room for honesty, reflection and understanding.
Often, that is where healing begins.
